  1. Oh Takami, your playful photos here are absolutely lovely. You really captured the elegance of this magnificent creature. I hope you are having a great week. 😀

    • Hello Jet!
I’m so glad you liked this mini photo-session.
Being the cats that they are, the cubs rarely ‘pose’ for us, but it was a real lucky moment. They are growing so quickly, but remain so adorable, especially in their natural curiosity and mischief 🙂 I hope your week has started off great too!

    • Hello my buddy Swetank!
Thank you for your nice comment 🙂 I agree, they are so cute, and I wish I can bring them home. Of course, my small flat will be too small for them, and they need to stay with their mother, and enjoy the wide space. Therefore, I just visit them many times at the zoo 😉
      Your friend,
      Takami

    • Thank you so much Roslyn! I feel the same way as you 🙂
I just discovered your other travel blog (One Good Life Travels) and your Yosemite photographs are stunning ❤
      Best wishes,
      Takami

    • Thank you dear Lindy! It was a lucky moment for me. As you know, big cats are…well…cats, so they never listen to what we say 😉 It was for a brief moment, but I was so glad to keep this memory forever ❤

  2. Now these guys (girls?) are absolutely adorable! I think their solid yet kind of chunky legs are so sweet — they’re almost huggable! Well, almost! 🙂 Have a great day, Takami!

    • Hello Deb,
Thanks a lot for your positive comment! I agree, the cubs looked almost huggable in this series, and I loved their chunky legs too 😀 Yes, they’re the same twin sister tiger cubs who’ve been featured on this blog so often. I also thought they looked very ‘boyish’ on this day 🙂

    • Mr. Nico, you’re too kind! 🙂
Thank *you* so much for your comment. I’d love to be the recipient of a photo award someday. But comments like yours are enough of an award for me 🙂
Blessings to you & your family,
      Takami

  4. Good morning Takami! What a beautiful set of photos! I love them both. It’s always a pleasure to see such magnificent creatures, especially when they are photographed so well. Nice work, my friend! Wishing you a very happy day! :))

    • Hello my friend, thanks so much for your comment! I’m delighted you liked this little photo session. They seemed to enjoy it too – at least, they seemed to know they were being admired 😉 Today is very rainy and dreary, but these cubs always bring a smile to my face. It makes me even happier if others can enjoy them too ❤

    • Thank you Olivier-san 🙂
On the 1st photo: the tiger cub on the left side is “Mimpi” and next to her is “Damai.” On the 2nd photo: the cub on top is Damai, and on the bottom is Mimpi. The zoo gave them Indonesian names, because Sumatran Tigers are native to Indonesia 😉
