    • Hello Inger,
Firstly, I’m so sorry I was so late to reply to your comment & nomination for the b&w challenge. Unfortunately, I was a little sick last week, and not able to look at computer for a long time 😦

Thanks so much for introducing me to this challenge. I hope to participate in it a little later. It will be nice to think of ideas for b&w images 🙂
      Warm wishes,
      Takami

I could never say goodbye to my ‘furry friends’ 🙂 😀

  2. Oh they are so adorable, the cutest little ones! I was also wondering about the title but saw your response to Amy. I’m happy you don’t need to say goodbye to these cuties…so we can see them through your lens all year long! Thanks Takami 🙂 ❤

    • Thank you so much for your nice comment ❤ Yes, thankfully, I don't have to say goodbye to these furry friends, I look forward to visiting them again soon 🙂 I'm really happy you had a chance to view these snapshots 🙂 🙂

    • Hello Jet,
Thank you so much for your lovely comment! I’m so glad you like the little cub. He’s the same fellow from last week’s post, and I loved it when our eyes met 🙂 Your comment is the perfect way to end my evening.
Wishing you a great weekend too!

  3. Takami, what lovely photos, and what a what a beautiful title! It’s funny. At this age they both look so adorably cute and loving — and yet as the one gets older he/she could perhaps look at the other as the next meal. This is the best age! 🙂

    • Deb, it’s always a pleasure to receive your comments ❤ I'm so glad you liked the title too. I agree, it's funny how one of these adorable furry animals might be look like 'future meal' to the other. Fortunately, at this age, they wouldn't think about it 😀 Wishing you a lovely weekend ahead!

      • Wishing you a great weekend as well, Takami! Hope your weather is such that you can get out and enjoy (and take some more wonderful photographs)! It’s just beginning to warm up here a tad. However, still a few patches of cold, dirty snow on the lawn. Well, a bright sunny day ought to take care of them pretty quickly. 🙂

    • Thank you Sue 🙂 Fortunately (for the ducky) the cub and duckling are in different locations 😀 I thought it would be interesting to position the photos in a way that would show the natural instincts of cats – including big cats 😀
      Best,
      Takami

  4. Takami, why the the season of goodbyes? These photographs are both so adorable and the baby cub especially the expression on its face is just SO precious. Great shots, my friend!! Just precious! Love, Amy

    • I’m so glad you were able to stop by Amy ❤
To answer your question, we often say that Spring is the season of both goodbyes and new beginnings here. The school year/business year starts in April, which means many people are transferred/graduate/move on to other things during March. Hence, there are many goodbyes said this month… Fortunately, I don't have to say 'goodbye' to the animals. I can visit them all year long 🙂
      Hugs,
      Takami

    • Thank you so much Jeannie! You know how much I love both lions and ducklings, so it gives me great pleasure to know you liked both these shots ❤ I am eager to go on more 'photo safari' trips soon 🙂

    • Hello dear Indah ❤
Thank you so much for your generous comment. I also can't decide which is more cute, because each baby has its own charm 😀 Don't worry, Mommy is nearby. Of course, I keep a distance from them 😀 😀
