    • Thank you very much Elizabeth ❤ It was one of those special moments that happened unexpectedly. And for me, they are often the best parts of the experience. So glad to have you back 🙂

    • Thank you Mr. Rajiv.
And thanks for asking about the earthquake. It was a big shake (similar to the one in 2011), but there was no damage, and fortunately, nothing at all compared to what happened in Nepal. The extreme hot temperatures in India are making news here. I hope you & your family are doing OK??

  1. Baby kitties do seem very much alike: sweet and trusting of those who take care of them, irrespective of their species and size. I guess it’s afterwards that the differences show up. Lovely photograph.

      ほんっとに可愛いですね♡抱っこしたいけど、お母さんライオンに怒られるのが怖いです(^^;)

    • Thank you, dear Hervé.
It made me happy, to witness this beautiful moment between the baby lion & zookeeper. Of course there is bittersweet & sad feelings…because I know it can’t happen forever…

But, I’m happy to keep this memory always 🙂

  2. Awwww… you captured a wonderfully spontaneous and tender moment between man and this beautiful animal. Great decision to go black and white—I think it really highlights the beauty of warm emotional aspect of the photo. As always, very nice work, my friend! Sending you lots of warm wishes from Calgary and wishing you a very happy, fun, and playful week! :)))

    • Hello Jeannie,
Thanks so much for your comment ❤ I felt so lucky to stumble upon this moment. While I visited the safari park to see the cubs (in their enclosure), never did I imagine to witness a quietly tender moment between the cub & the zookeeper. Something about it made me tear up 😉 Wishing you & yours a great week ahead!
