    • Hello Ben,
      Happy New Year!
This photo was taken outside Gotemba train station in Shizuoka prefecture. About a 3-hour trip from Tokyo. It was a crisp and bright autumn morning 🙂

    • Thank you, my friend. Wishing you a safe and blessed holiday. It’s been such a pleasure to follow your amazing photography adventures, share thoughts. I look forward to many more great years to come!

  2. What I really like about this photo is the way the light hits all of the various wings differently. It’s a great capture, timed well. I like the visual interest of the birds next to each other in flight, with some in shadow and others catching bits of light. Nice work taking advantage of the angle of light!

    • Hello Jeff,
Thank you so much for stopping by and leaving such a nice comment. I personally liked how this photo came out – it really was a beautiful, crisp morning – and am much encouraged by the overall positive feedback. Wishing you and your family a blessed and safe holiday season!
      Warmly,
      Takami

    • Thank you so much Peter. Your thoughtful and thought-provoking writing always leaves a deep impression. As cliche as it sounds, I believe that each individual effort can contribute. I didn’t realise that clouds form the shape of an Anarchist A, but thanks to you, I see it! 🙂

Wishing you a safe and blessed holiday season,
      Takami

    • Thank you very much, and apologies for the late reply.
There are many things unbalanced with this world, and I know there’s no simple answer. It is my sincere wish that we all can experience balance and peace.

Wishing you happy and blessed holidays,
      Takami
