Those three sweethearts are just what I needed to start my week on the right foot. Thanks for sharing and I hope your week is a great one also.
Apologies for my late reply! It’s been a crazy week thus far. I’m so happy these cubs could give you a good start to the week 🙂 I’m already looking forward to the weekend 😀
I know what you mean my friend, and I’m basically retired.
何とか子供時代の時。。。あっち向いてホイの想い出はあるけど。。。ゲームだった?
そうです、その通りです!

そうだったか!有難う!
Beautifully done.
Thank you Bob. And thanks for stopping by 🙂
Best wishes,
Takami
these triplets are soooo cute … even the one on the left! 🙂
Thank you! I love how the one on the left was moving in the opposite direction. It epitomizes ‘kids’ for me – spontaneous, with a lot of chaos 😀 😀
haha … so true!!
They are sooo cute!!!! I was so busy, I didn’t have a change to visit your blog, I see I missed a lOT of good pics!!!
Don’t worry, I know you’re busy! I’m so happy you enjoyed these baby tigers ❤
I love your photographs of the tiger cubs and your banner too. I have written a blog in May 2014 called ‘The Tiger’. Here is the link if you wish to see it. https://marsocialauthorbusinessenhancementdragonpost.wordpress.com/2014/05/28/the-tiger-by-k-j-rollinson/
Hello Kathy,
Thank you very much for your kind words. I just read & commented on your poem. Thanks a lot for sharing, and hope you’ll stop by again 🙂
Best wishes,
Takami
Many thanks for following me Takami, I’m following you. I’ve reblogged my blog ‘The Tiger’ again to my site, saying everyone should visit your blog because you have such fantastic photos. By the way, are you male or female?
Hello again Kathy,
Thanks again for your kind words. It’s my pleasure to follow your blog & writing. To answer your question, I’m a woman 🙂 🙂
Awww they are so lovely and sweet…. Happy weekend ahead dear Takami! Best wishes to you, my friend Aquileana 😀
Thank you, my friend! I’m sorry for my late reply. I hope you have a great week ahead ❤
Oh my goodness they are beautiful. Gorgeous pics. 🙂
I’m so happy you liked them. Kids are beautiful aren’t they? 🙂 😀
Wow, those eyes will stay with me all day. Amazing stuff. Thank you and keep the pics coming. xxx
Thanks for stopping by Gill. I look forward to following your continued adventures in Tanzania 🙂
Lovely photo Takami — they look a little unsure of themselves, but ready, as you say, nonetheless. 🙂
Thank you Jet! I agree, they look a little unsure (I love how one of them is facing the opposite direction of his siblings) but with Mama Tiger always nearby, they will be unafraid to go on new adventures! 😀
adorable faces.
Thank you very much Ruth 🙂 Something about their striking eyes remind me of Ali 🙂

Adorable! They’re ready to come see us 🙂 ❤
Thanks a lot for your comment Christy! ❤ I loved how they were going in different directions, tumbling over each other, simply enjoying 'kiddie life' 😀
Awesome shot Takami ~ those eyes and the capture with the paws in stalking mode, just beautiful. Cheers!
Thank you Randall! I loved how one cub was facing the opposite direction while the other two were trying to stalk forward. For me, it epitomizes ‘kids’ and how spontaneous they can be 🙂 😀
Yes indeed, the beauty of the youth of kids (and how we should try to learn from them as adults!). Cheers!
Ah yes, to never forget/lose our ‘child-like’ qualities… I really do try, but still have a long way to go 🙂
I love tigers.
You may not believe it, but this is my fourth attempt to comment on this post. I was starting to think that your blog does not like me!
My blog would never ‘reject’ your comments Mr Rajiv 🙂
I sometimes have problems commenting on blogs too…maybe a technical glitch?
I’m so happy you enjoyed these cubs. The zoo keeper informed me that ‘white tigers’ are actually Bengal Tigers.
Oh really? have you ever been to the Sundarbans, where you do get the Bengal Tigers? We have several tiger reserves in India.
It’s one of my dreams to visit your beautiful country someday. Hopefully, while I’m still young… 😀 Have you visited any of the tiger reserves? You’d surely make stunning photographs!
I have actually never visited them… I grew up in the hill town of Nainital, which is close to the Corbett Park, but I have never been there.
India provides a visual and sensory shock!
You are young! You have time! There are many Japanese people in India. Japan and Korea invest a lot in business here.
I loved the ‘You are young’ part of your comment 😀 😀 😀
Awww…so adorable… ❤
I am so happy you liked them 🙂 ❤
🙂 My pleasure…
Oh, wow! These cubs are so adorable ❤ with their big blue eyes! They are playful and full of mischief too, I'm sure 🙂
Thank you so much ❤ They keep their Mama very busy, but she doesn't seem to mind too much 🙂 I could watch them all day and never feel bored 😀
Such beautiful babies! I love the tigers. But the white tigers are especially pretty. 🙂
Thank you so much! I love tigers too, and agree, white tigers have a unique beauty and charm 🙂
I will take them home.
Me too! 😀
Love this series!
Thank you so much! I loved spending time with them, and happy to share the experience 🙂
Wish they (and you) were here! Would love to have you create a portrait of Nietzsche (our Shih Tzu)!
Just saw this comment – went to ‘spam’ for some reason 😦
You’d love the cubs, and Nietzsche (who’s also a very photogenic fellow) would too ❤
Those blue eyes are killing! 😀 great image!
Thank you Indah! You’re too kind ❤ The cubs are beautiful, and I think they are aware of it 🙂 😀
Oh my goodness those eyes steal your heart. Great shot!
Thank you very much! I loved watching them romp around, try to bite Mama Tiger’s tail, and well…just being cubs. Their bright blue eyes were full of emotion and mischief 🙂 I thought of you when making the photos. I know you’d definitely have a blast! 😀
I’m glad I could visit them before the ‘Golden Week’ holidays (coming up this weekend) because I’m sure the zoo would be swamped with huge crowds. I do hope to go again after the holidays when it’s more peaceful.
Are the blue eyes typical for white tiger cubs?
Yes, their eyes always remain blue – although a slightly lighter shade – even when they mature into adult tigers. Their mother is a beauty, with amazing eyes.
That’s so very cool. Now it’s I who envy you. 🙂
So wonderful! I love this!
Thank you, Mr Nico! Hope it brought a smile to you 😀 🙂
Yes!
They are so cute, adorable! Do they have blue eyes? Seems like it in the photo.
Yes, they do indeed have bright blue eyes! While the colour will become lighter as they get older, their eyes will remain blue. Thanks so much for your nice comment 🙂
Oh my gosh! A-d-o-r-a-b-l-e!!!!! So sweet, Takami — thank you for sharing and making me smile today, 🙂
It’s my pleasure! So glad you liked the cubs. I’ll try to post more snapshots soon 🙂
Good deal! Love those cubs! 🙂
They are ready to discover the world.
They are cute these baby tigers.
I like your picture Takami.
I wish you a good day.
Hervé
Thank you, my friend Hervé.
I am excited for the baby tigers.
I wish them a good life, full of adventure! 🙂
😀 How sweet!
Thank you! Their mother seemed very proud, and of course protective 🙂
Beautiful capture, Takami! Wonderful action shot. They have such gorgeous faces and amazing eyes! Nice work, my friend! Wishing you a happy spring day! :))
Thank you Jeannie! The cubs + their beautiful mother were shown to the public last week. Big crowds were anticipated, so I avoided the ‘official day’ and went a few days later. What a difference! It was much calmer, and gave me more time to admire the cubs. There were quite a few photographers there with their big lenses, the cubs didn’t seem to mind too much 😀 Wishing you & yours a lovely day too!
beautiful
Thank you! 🙂
wow!
Thank you Ken-san! The cubs (and their mother) are very photogenic. I’m envious 🙂 😀
haha 🙂 .
Its the golden week in japan. Happy holidays and take more photos 😉 .
Ken
They are so beautiful, so cute !
Have a good day !
Thank you very much! 🙂 I wish you many happy Spring days too 🙂
What a wonderful photo. And the subjects are just breathtaking – the blue of their eyes and white of their fur!
Thank you 🙂 They (and their mother) are very photogenic, and have many admirers 😀
Cute! Cute! Cute! 🙂
Many thanks Kathy! I could watch them for days and never get bored 😀
These are just so very beautiful, Takami. It makes for furious internal weeping to think how so many wonderful big cat species have been hunted to near extinction.
Thank you Tish. I agree, it’s heartbreaking how so many wildlife – including big cats of course – have been hunted without mercy (and for no ‘reason’ other than greed). If only we humans could learn to appreciate what’s around us more…both wildlife and our neighbors…
I couldn’t agree more.
They are so beautiful and I love their blue eyes!
Thanks, Takami! 🙂
It’s my pleasure to share them with you! I agree, their blue eyes are beautiful and full of mischief, like all children 😀
I’m really a big fan of their blue eyes. Do you think they will stay that colour ?
I love their blue eyes too 🙂 Yes, since they are white tigers, the eyes will remain blue…although a slightly lighter shade 😀
I was literally about the write the same thing!
But since Gin’s stolen my idea, I won’t repeat the same comment 😛
I’m always happy to receive comments 😀
Great minds think alike 😉
Makes me want a baby tiger 😉 Side note- our apple trees are starting to bloom. I have been taking pictures of the process (it takes about 2 weeks to go from red tip to full bloom) You come to mind every time I trot out to the orchard (thinking here about your pictures of the cherry blossoms) DM
I wish I could have a baby tiger or lion too! But I know that (alas!) it wouldn’t be practical, they’d much prefer to be together with their Mama. Not to mention, they’d outgrow the tiny apartment so quickly 😀
How exciting about the apple tree blossoms! Oh, I’ll definitely look forward to it 🙂
I hope this is correct –
自然の美しい、貴重な子供たち。 Wonderful photo.
Yes sir, it is perfect! 🙂
コメントありがとうございます。とても励みになります!
Thank you so much for your comment, it’s so encouraging for me.
I learn many things from your site, an era of history I have no experience in, but willing to learn.
I am very happy you are learning from my site. My father always said, “The day I stop learning – Please close the lid.” And believe that too. Our history is important to us.
Your father sounds like a very wise man. I also hope to continue learning – to continue challenging what’s considered ‘normal’ – for as long as I live. Hopefully for a long time 🙂
Awww how adorable!!! Nicely done, Takami! Love them ❤
Thank you Lucy ❤ So happy you liked them. They are very cute 😀
Wow, and then those blue eyes – incredible!
Thank you so much! I’m delighted you like the cubs. Yes, their eyes are beautiful, mesmerising and full of mischief 😀
