  Thank you Mabel! Greenfinches are charming little birds. They are not “loud” or garish and are often overlooked, but are a favorite among local birdwatchers. They are usually quite active and do not stay in one place for too long, so it was a real treat when this bird chose to spend a quiet moment within the cherry blossoms🌸

  Cherry blossoms are “sakura” in Japanese 🙂
  They are our national flower and bloom all over the country. I have heard that cherry blossoms in Korea are also very lovely🌸
